PUNXSUTAWNEY — If you think we’ve had a lot of snow this year in the Weather Capital of the World, and you’re ready for spring to come, you’re not alone, as most of Western Pennsylvania would agree with you.

Bill Modzelewski, meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh, said he can’t blame everyone for feeling that way, but it looks like the area is finally breaking out of this winter snow pattern.
