BELL TWP. — In the past few weeks, the weather for outdoor activities has been outstanding, but you knew it was going to end.
Why? Because the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission was set to restock Cloe Lake and surrounding streams in the area on Thursday.
“It figures every time we stock Cloe Lake the temperatures take a nose dive,” said Shaina Painter, waterways conservation officer for Jefferson County.
But the chilly temperatures did not stop anglers from coming to the in-season stocking.
