PUNXSUTAWNEY — Punxsutawney Borough Council voted Monday night to promote a member of the Punxsutawney sewer vactor crew who had been on a probationary period to a full-time employee.
Michele Lorenzo, council president, said Derek Miller’s probation period with the sewer vactor crew was over and a motion was needed to promote him to full-time status.
