The Pennsylvania Department of Health reported no new cases of COVID-19 in Jefferson County Tuesday, only the second time that has happened in 2021 and the first in just over two months.

Compounding the good news, no new deaths were reported either. The county has cumulative totals of 3,189 cases and 95 deaths.

Feb. 25 was the first and, until Tuesday, only day of the year the Department of Health’s COVID-19 updates found no new cases in Jefferson County.
