Lady Chucks’ Powell hits grand slam, 2 others homer

During Wednesday afternoon’s game against the Brookville Lady Raiders, sophomore Avary Powell hit a grand slam to break a tie and put Punxsy up 4-0 in the third inning. She wasn’t the only one to hit a home run, as she was joined by Ciara Toven and Karli Young right after that. Powell is pictured taking a swing earlier in the game.
