Lady Chucks track and field sophomore Mary Grusky broke her own school record in the javelin during Tuesday’s home meet against St. Marys. Last year, she set the school record with a throw of 132-03, and during the USATF National Youth Championships held in New York City this past summer, she had a throw of 140-03 in the 15-16 age division, which didn’t count for a school record. But on Tuesday, she improved on her record by over 13 feet with a throw of 145-08 for the new record.
