Morgan Riggie (left), daughter of Matthew and Tiffany Riggie, was crowned Little Miss Groundhog, and Mason Fairman, son of Gary and Jennifer Fairman, was named Little Mr. Groundhog Wednesday at the Punxsutawney Weather Discovery Center. Crowning the winners was Inner Circle Stump Warden Ron Ploucha (center). Morgan said the crowning was “fantastic.” Mason’s brother, Garrett Fairman, was named Little Mr. Groundhog in 2008.
