The Punxsutawney Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting Friday at the office of Eugene J. Miller, CPA, downtown. Miller has 30 years of accounting experience, and his daughter Lara Little, director of accounting and tax services, have opened an office at 113 North Findley St. next to Fox's Pizza Den. Miller said they're trying to deal with small businesses, and you don't have to have a large business to have a CPA.
