Yield to safety: Borough police focusing on pedestrian awareness campaign

Punxsutawney Borough Police Chief Tom Fedigan announced that his department will kick off a pedestrian safety awareness and enforcement campaign beginning this week.

Here, borough police officers escort several pedestrians through the crosswalk at the intersection of North Findley Street and East Mahoning Street recently to promote pedestrian safety.
