Woman's body discovered outside her Clymer residence

CLYMER — Friday evening, the Indiana County Coroner's Office reported a body found outdoors on Spruce Avenue in Clymer.

Corner Jerry L. Overman's office issued the release saying that a call was placed to Indiana County 911 at 10:12 a.m. on Friday reporting the incident.

The release identified the individual as Janice Marie Keith, 66, of Clymer and said she was discovered in the snow outside her residence nude from the waist down.

Chief Deputy Coroner Chad E. Dill pronounced Keith dead at the scene at 11:20 a.m.

The cause and manner of death will be released after an autopsy is completed at UPMC Altoona this weekend.

Pennsylvania State Police from the Indiana barracks and the Indiana County District Attorney's Office also investigated the incident.
