William L. "Yank" Klohr, 58

William L. "Yank" Klohr, 58, of Marion Center, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2014, at Penn Highlands DuBois.

Mr. Klohr was born June 8, 1955, in Rochester Mills, a son of the late George F. Klohr, Sr. and Nancy (Orcutt) Klohr.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during the Vietnam War.

Yank loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and riding four-wheelers.

He is survived by one brother, George F. Klohr, Jr. of Marion Center; one sister, Linda Klohr of Clymer, one brother-in-law, Robert Tyger and fiancée Connie Baysinger of Marion Center; two nieces, Ashley Klohr and Jessica Hennessey; and one nephew, Daniel Tyger.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Sandy Tyger.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at the McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney to share memories and remember the life of Mr. Klohr, who will be greatly missed by family and many friends.
