William K. Lindenpitz, 67

William K. Lindenpitz, 67, Reynoldsville, died Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at home.

He was born June 28, 1945, in DuBois, a son of the late Clifford J. Lindenpitz and Madeline Kirkwood.

Aug. 14, 1965, he married Betty L. Siple, who survives.

Mr. Lindenpitz was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He was a Worshipful Master of the John M. Read Lodge No. 536 F&AM of Reynoldsville, and a Worthy Patron of the Eastern Star of the Reynoldsville Chapter 220.

He was a retired diesel mechanic, after working for Penn Traffic for 20 years.

In addition to his wife, surviving relatives include four daughters, Carol J. Wolfe (Tyrone) of Punxsutawney, Beverly A. Grant (Timothy) of Mechanicsville, Va., Betsy L. Koehn of Harrison City, Pa., and Billie J. Beck (Michael) of Reynoldsville; nine grandchildren; two brothers,
John E. (Arlene) of DuBois and David A. (Judy) of Reynoldsville; and a sister, Ruth A. Harris (Robert) of Reynoldsville.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at the Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home, Reynoldsville. Masonic services will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at the First United Methodist Church, Reynoldsville, with the Rev. Thomas Carr officiating.

Interment will be at Reynoldsville Cemetery.

Memorial donations in Mr. Lindenpitz's name may be made to First United Methodist Church, 504 Jackson St., Reynoldsville, PA 15851.
