Weather Cancelation: Sharon Robinson at Penn State DuBois

February 4, 2014

DUBOIS – The appearance of author and speaker Sharon Robinson at Penn State DuBois on Wednesday, Feb. 5, has been canceled due the projected severe winter weather expected to take place across the region.

Robinson, the daughter of legendary baseball player Jackie Robinson, was scheduled to offer her program, Values, Baseball, and Jackie Robinson on campus at Noon on Wednesday.

The program touches on the many life lessons she learned from her father following his battle with racial barriers in Major League Baseball.

The Penn State DuBois Office of Student Life does plan to reschedule Robinson's appearance for a later date, yet to be determined.
