Waren P. McGee, Sr., 57, of Rochester Mills, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at his home.

Mr. McGee was born Aug. 18, 1956, in Baltimore, Md., a son of the late William McGee and George and Sarah (Nunamaker) Bauman.

June 27, 1975, he married Nancy (Ash) McGee of Rochester Mills, who survives.

Mr. McGee was employed by Monarch Rubber in Baltimore, Md. for over 25 years before retirement.

He enjoyed carpentry and building intricate doll houses.

He is survived by his son, Waren P. McGee Jr. and girlfriend Holly Martin, both of Altoona, Pa.; two brothers, Henry McGee, Sr. and wife Kathy of Confluence, Pa., and Raymond "Sammy" McGee and wife Peggy of Baltimore, Md.; a sister, Goldie Harmon of Baltimore, Md.; one granddaughter, Brittani Nicole McGee; and also many nieces and nephews and family.

He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Natisha Marie McGee; a brother, David McGee; and two sisters, Genevieve Williamson and Sally Iervello.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013, at McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mr. McGee's wife, Nancy.
