All members of the Punxsutawney Fire Department participated in the annual Pizza & Prevention fund-raiser, sponsored by Nationwide Insurance-The Kengersky Agency, Saturday at Fox's Pizza Den on North Findley Street. Pictured here, (from left) Tami McFarland, Joe Rembowski and Nick Runco of the Punxsutawney Fire Department are manning the phones at Fox's during the annual fund-raiser. Amanda Winfield, Punxsy Fire Department secretary, said the eighth-annual fund-raiser set a new record with $24,963 raised. Winfield said they sold 2,580 Big Daddy pepperoni pizzas and pizza coupons during the event. She said the fire department was grateful for the generosity of Scott Anthony, the owner of Fox's Pizza, for his support of the local volunteer fire department.
