CRANBERRY CHICKEN MARGARITA INGREDIENTS: 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves& 2 tablespoons olive oil&Coarse salt&1 small garlic clove, minced&1 cup Ocean Spray?? Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce&3 tablespoons tequila&1 teaspoon lime juice&1 1/2 tablespoons chopped cilantro&Lime wedge DIRECTIONS:Slice breasts in half horizontally. Pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin to about 3/8-inch thickness.&Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes per side. Remove chicken to a warm serving platter and sprinkle lightly with coarse salt. Cover loosely with foil; keep warm until serving time.&Add garlic to skillet and cook over low heat 1 minute. Stir in cranberry sauce and tequila; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes or until sauce isthickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in lime juice and cilantro.&Spoon some of the sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with additionalcilantro, if desired. Serve immediately with remaining sauce, lime wedges and coarse salt. INGREDIENTS * 1 small sugar pumpkin& * 3/4 cup packed brown sugar * 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon* 1 teaspoon ground ginger* 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg* 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves * 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 2/3 cup real maple syrup* 1 1/4 cups half-and-half cream * 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour * 3 eggs * 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) 2. Cut up pumpkin, and remove seeds. Place in large baking pan, and cover with foil or lid. Bake for 1 hour, or until very tender. Remove from oven, and set aside to cool. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) 3. Scrape pumpkin into a food processor; puree until smooth. Measure 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree. In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, and salt. Stir in maple syrup, half-and-half, and flour. Mix in eggs one at a time. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell. 4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until center is set. – Rita Elliott (Mahaffey, PA)

 Good morning i am a punxsy native moved to arkansas 6 yrs ago
i got my family all in pa and we use to have a big family tradition on thanksgiving
day how we would sit around the good old cold stove and tell stories of our child
hood days i always loved it when there was snow on the ground would go out and play
in it with my neices and nefews now they got older they got kids just seem to me it
was only yesterday but i want to wish all my family bk in punxsy a happy
thanksgiving god bless you all wished i was home love always linda and kenneth west

Hello to all my family and friends in Punxsutawney, PA! I
loved growing up in Punxsy and have many fond memories including eating delicious
meals at Grandma's house and playing football in the big field. At my uncle's house
we thought it would be fun to sit with our back to the fireplace but it soon
became too toasty! He always served homemade noodles along with the typical
Thanksgiving family recipes. Having a large family is wonderful and being able to
share holidays with those we love and hold dear is a special memory I will always
