She was born May 28, 1936, in Lynch, Ky., a daughter of the late William France and Bertha Ferrell.

Mrs. McCall was married to Frank Earl McCall, who preceded her in death March 8, 2001.

She was a retired nurse.

Surviving relatives include three sons, David and Frank McCall of Wittensville and John McCall of Paris, Ky.; two brothers, George France of Lexington, Ky., and Jerry France of Paris; two sisters, Maxine Lews of Four Mile, Ky., and Billie Esposito of Lexington; and four grandchildren, Lauren, Makala, Kenzie and Bryant McCall.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2008, at Circle Hill Cemetery, Punxsutawney, with the Rev. James Pond officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Deeley Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.
