Victoria "Vickie" Eugenia (Greene) Woods, 72

Victoria "Vickie" Eugenia (Greene) Woods, 72, of Clymer, Pa., died peacefully Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, at the DuBois Regional Medical Center.

She was born Oct. 22, 1942, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Thomas and Cora (Brickell) Greene.

Vickie was a wonderful, loving mother who raised six children and loved being a grandmother to 14 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

She was a member of the Twolick Baptist Church of Dixonville, Pa.

Vickie shared 52 years of marriage with her husband, Roy Woods, Sr., of Clymer.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by six children, Robin Woods of Clymer, Pa.; Ronda Stiles and husband, Todd of Curwensville, Pa.; Roy Woods, Jr. and wife Andrea of Hampton, N.H.; Milissa Johns and husband Billy of Glen Campbell, Pa.; Kevin Woods of Dixonville, Pa., and Matthew Woods of Clymer, Pa.; 14 grandchildren, Jenae, Jenessa, Alaina, Jake, Kyle, Logan, Gavin, Shane, Tori, Quentin, Courtney, Kaely, Bellah and Brady; and one great-granddaughter, Layla.

Vickie is survived by her sisters and brothers, Ruby Orr, Thomas Greene, Jr., Bernard "Bud" Greene, Ella Jane Brocious, John Greene, Virginia Ankele and Barbara "Geri" Greene.

She was predeceased by her parents, Cora and Thomas, and her brother, Jim Greene.

Family and friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, at the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, Pa.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at the Dixonville Wesleyan Church in Dixonville, Pa., with an 11 a.m. funeral service to begin immediately following the visitation with Pastor Calvin Duvall officiating.

Interment will follow at the Ruffner Cemetery, Tanoma Road, Clymer, Pa.

In lieu of flowers, donations for daughter Robin Woods can be sent to Milissa Johns at 4434 Millstone Rd., Glen Campbell, PA 15742.
