TREKKIN’ TIME AGAIN

Hey groundhoggers, it’s that time again! No, not yet Groundhog Day, but the 113th Punxsutawney Groundhog Club Outing & Picnic, this year set for 1 p.m. until the lights are turned out Saturday at Groundhog Park and Gobbler’s Knob. In addition to a full New York strip steak dinner with all the trimmings at 4:45 p.m., the annual trek to give Punxsutawney Phil his life-extending elixir will be held around 3:30 p.m. There will be big-screen TVs for football, beer courtesy of the Boston Brewing Company/Sam Adams, and tickets are available from any Groundhog Club member or at the Chamber of Commerce.
