Travel Advisory: Bridge on Route 28 open to traffic in Jefferson County

August 28, 2013

WARSAW TOWNSHIP — The bridge carrying Route 28 over Seneca Run in Warsaw Township opened to traffic last week after a bridge replacement project in Jefferson County.

Temporary traffic signals had been in place on Route 28 since May to replace the bridge with box culverts.

The signals have been removed and Route 28 is open to unrestricted traffic.

This $1,138,283 bridge replacement project was constructed by C. H. & D. Enterprises, Inc., of New Stanton.
