Say! What is that white material on this Phantastic Phil!’s paws, nose and top hat? Oh yes, it’s snow, as evidenced by flurries Wednesday, almost a week after Punxsutawney Phil’s prognostication of six more weeks of winter. And some people thought Punxsy Phil’s Groundhog Day prediction was off the mark. Well, turns out he was right again — as usual! (Photo by Dan Long)
