Thomas W. Siesky, 57, of Victor Avenue in Warren, Pa., formerly of Brookville, died Saturday, May 24, 2014, at Warren General Hospital.

He was born Aug. 7, 1956, in Brookville, the son of Jane Brooks.

He is survived by his companion, Susan Slater, of Warren, Pa.

Thomas worked as the owner and operator of the American Hotel in Brookville.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he loved sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pirates. He was previously a member and active in Ducks Unlimited.

Surviving relatives include four daughters, Nicole DeMonte (John) of Pittsburgh, Ashley Siesky of Brookville, Sarah Stewart (William) of Breinigsville, Pa., and Renee Siesky of Brookville; one brother, Paul Kilduff (Connie) of Corsica; one sister, Sandy Whaley (Harold) of Brookville; and six grandchildren, Emma, Brooklyn, Audrey, Whitney, Blake and Brady.

He is also survived by his two dogs, Corky and Boo Boo, which he loved very much.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Roberta Siesky.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at McKinney Funeral Home, Brookville.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Henry Scoff officiating.

Interment will be at Roseville Bethel Cemetery in Union Township.
