BROOKVILLE — As 2013 comes within months of its close and 2014 begins to move in, some of the first provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) are starting to slide into place.

As they continue to foster debate and raise questions, health care reform became the topic of the Brookville Area Chamber of Commerce's third Eggs and Issues Breakfast.
