Jake Shick (left) and Dane Wishnesky of Charlie Dobson Construction are shown welding the new steel support for the Punxsy Phil large wooden sign at Joe's Drive-in, Punxsy. The sign was damaged back in April when an IAV Stryker National Guard all-terrain vehicle lost its brakes on the Indiana Hill and drove into the emergency truck pull off, striking a steel girder that supported the giant wooden groundhog.
