Ted Lee Harriger, 59

Ted Lee Harriger, 59, of Leander, Texas, died unexpectedly on Nov. 17, 2012.

Ted was born in Brook-ville on Sept. 8, 1953, spent his childhood years growing up with his family in Sigel, Pa. and is a graduate of Brookville High School, Allegheny College and SUNY in Fredonia, N.Y. He moved to Texas after college to pursue his career as a 
geologist.

Ted is survived by one son, Matthew Harriger of Round Rock, Texas; his parents, James and Betty Harriger of Sigel, Pa.; a brother, Daniel Harriger and wife Patrice of Millville, Pa.; a sister, Cheryl Ploucha and husband Ron of Punxsutawney; a sister, Penny Geer and husband Fred of Sigel, Pa.; four nieces and nephews; and his faithful friend, Chuckers.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
