Susan M. Aljoe, 55, DuBois, died Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at home.

She was born March 9, 1957, in DuBois, a daughter of the late Charles E. and Dorothy M. (Long) Reitz.

June 14, 1975, she married Ronald M. Aljoe, who survives, of DuBois.

Mrs. Aljoe was a 1975 graduate of Jeff Tech in Reynoldsville. She was employed at Wal-Mart in DuBois.

She was a member of the Treasure Lake Church and the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, both located in DuBois.

In addition to her husband, surviving relatives include a son, Joseph A. Aljoe and wife Tishawna of DuBois; two daughters, Lynnette M. Aljoe and Brittany N. Walker and husband Luke, all of DuBois; six grandchildren, Aundalynn M. Aljoe, Isabella R. Seiamanna, Kieanna L. Aljoe, Jacob Smith, Matthew Finch and MaKenna Finch; and two brothers, Jerry L. Reitz and wife Ruth Ann and Robert R. Reitz and wife Debra, all of Punxsutawney.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Acacia Hope Aljoe; and two brothers, Charles and Timothy Reitz.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2012, at the Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home, Reynoldsville.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 5, 2012, at the Treasure Lake Church, DuBois, with the Rev. Richard Whitaker officiating.

Interment will be at the Lakelawn Memorial Park in Reynoldsville.
