School board discusses student conduct policy

PUNXSUTAWNEY — The Punxsutawney Area School District administration is going to present an updated extracurricular activities policy at the next Athletic Committee meeting.

Bob Pascuzzo, board member, at a recent Punxsutaweney Area School Board meeting, asked if there were going to be additional activities added to the personal conduct policy.

"Will students who are involved with extracurricular activities be asked to sign that paper that athletes sign regarding personal conduct?" Pascuzzo asked.

Dave London, Punxsutawney Area High School principal, said that under the current policy, it is possible to extend that conduct policy to extracurricular activities.
