School Board discusses budget

March 19, 2014

PUNXSUTAWNEY — There probably won't be a tax increase, but the Punxsutawney Area School Board is looking at using some of its fund balance in order to balance the district budget for fiscal year 2013-2014.

The board held a budget workshop in the central office board room on Wednesday, and there was plenty for the members to discuss.

For the full recap from the meeting, see Thursday's print edition of The Spirit.
