Ruth M. Lloyd, 83

Ruth M. Lloyd, 83, Dayton, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at the Armstrong County Health Center.

She was born Nov. 28, 1928, in Redbank Township, Armstrong County, the daughter of the late Isaac Edward and Lillian (Barnette) Beck.

Mrs. Lloyd was a lifetime resident of the area and was a member of Milton Church. She was also active with the Dayton Senior Citizens' Center.

Her memory will be cherished by her sons, Richard E. Lloyd and wife Debby of Distant, and Randy J. Lloyd of New Bethlehem; daughters Wanda C. Wyant of Punxsutawney and Sandra L. Snyder and husband Kenneth of Dayton; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Casper J. Lloyd; a daughter, Donna J. Crissman; and four brothers, Eugene, Albert, Ed and Russell Beck.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Bauer-Bly Funeral Home, 125 East Main Street, Dayton.

Private funeral services will be held Saturday.

Interment will be at Copenhaver Crossroads Cemetery, Redbank Township, Armstrong County.
