Rummel recognized by Rotary as Glenn M. Means Award winner

On Wednesday, the Punxsutawney Rotary Club presented Hannah Rummel (center) with the Glenn M. Means Award, recognizing her as the 2014 Outstanding Vocational Student at Jefferson County DuBois Area Vocational Technical School.
