Rotary names Lellock Feb. Boy of the Month

PUNXSUTAWNEY — The Punxsutawney Rotary Club has named Casey Lellock, son of Jeff and Marlene Lellock of Punxsutawney, as its Boy of the Month for February.

An honors student enrolled in the academic curriculum at Punxsutawney Area High School, Lellock is a member of the Robotics Club, Spanish Club and Student Government. He has also taken part in track and cross country.

Outside school, Lellock works at Mary’s Place; plays guitar; rides bikes; and attends the Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church. He has served as the Punxsutawney Phil mascot for Groundhog Day and has worked as a certified lifeguard at the George C. Brown Community Pool.

Lellock plans to attend Penn State to major in energy engineering.
