Rose Marie Lattanzia, 87, Creekside, died Monday, June 20, 2011, at Mahoning Riverside Manor.

She was born July 9, 1923, in Punxsutawney, a daughter of the late Frank and Frances (Charles) Ferra.

She was married to Raymond Lattanzia, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Lattanzia attended the Church of Resurrection, Ernest.

She was expecting to become a great-great-grandmother any day with the baby to be named Lakyn Rose.

Surviving relatives include her children, Rita Redtfeldt and husband David, of Liberty Lake, Wash., Raymond Lattanzia Jr. and wife Patricia (Elko) of Claremore, Okla., and Rose Ann White and husband William of Punxsutawney; a brother, Charles Ferra and wife Tanya of Erie; four grandchildren, Heidi, Christopher, Joyce and Len; three great-grandchildren, Brittany, Shaun and Layla; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Francis (Boots) Ferra; and a sister, Teresa J. Moore.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, June 23, 2011, at the John A. Lefahl Funeral Home, Indiana.

A Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, June 24, 2011, at Ss. Cosmas & Damian Church with Msgr. J. Riccardo as celebrant.

Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery.
