Rodney A. Stormer, 38

Rodney Allen Stormer, 38, died Saturday, June 1, 2013, at the Punxsutawney Area Hospital.

He was born Dec. 3, 1974, in Brookville, a son of Robert E. and Margaret (Shirey) Stormer.

He was employed as a cook.

He was a member for many years of Punxsutawney REACT.

He is survived by his mother; two sisters, Kimberly Stormer and Sara Zurenda; and a brother, Robert Stormer, all of Punxsutawney.

He is also survived by eight nephews; 4 nieces; and a great-nephew.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Jamey Stormer.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home, Punxsutawney, on Wednesday, June 5, 2013.

A funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at the funeral home with the Rev. Alfred H. Kimmel officiating.

Interment will follow at the Coolspring Cemetery in Coolspring.

The family has requested that donations in memory of Rodney be made to the family or to Punxsutawney REACT.
