ROAD WORK BEGINS

Construction workers from Power Contracting and Jefferson Paving work on the $1.1 million PennDOT downtown traffic signal project Wednesday at the Jefferson Street/Mahoning Street intersection. Construction was halted for the last two weeks to accommodate Old Home Week and the Groundhog Festival.
