Ricky L. Kuntz, Jr. 38, of Butler, died unexpectedly Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Butler on Feb. 3, 1976, a son of Ricky L. Kuntz Sr. and Mary Ann Hinchberger Fitzpatrick.

Ricky was a loving and compassionate husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing, helping people and spending time with his daughters.

He was employed as a driver for Vogel Disposal Company. He had obtained a CDL and drove throughout the country, until recently moving back to Butler to be closer to his children.

He was a member of St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church (Carbon Center).

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer L. Crevar-Kuntz; two daughters, Mackenzie Lynne and Ashley Crevar-Kuntz; his father, Ricky L. Kuntz Sr. of Punxsutawney; his mother and step-father, Mary and Dan Fitzpatrick of Butler; and two sisters, Sunny Cousins and Ashley Kuntz; along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, a sister and an aunt and uncle.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass that will take place at 6 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2014, at St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church (Carbon Center), 210 St. Wendelin Road, Butler, PA 16002.

Arrangements are under the direction of Geibel Funeral Home, Inc., 201 East Cunningham St., Butler.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made into a memorial account at Huntington Bank.
