Richard Shawn Haines, 40, Florida, died Monday, Aug. 22, 2011, in Florida.

He was born Jan. 14, 1971, in Spangler, a son of Wanda (Bott) Fisher.
Mr. Haines was employed as a hair stylist at Fantastic Sam’s.

In addition to his mother, surviving relatives include his step-father, Willis Fisher; two sisters, Tonya Bond and husband Randy, and Amber Keith and husband Jamie, all of Punxsutawney; a step-brother, William Fisher of Punxsutawney; a nephew, Dallas Bond of Punxsutawney; his long-time companion, Billy Ferringer of Florida; an a number of aunts and uncles.

Friends will be received from 10:30 to 12:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, at the Easly Funeral Home, Hastings.

A funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Hastings.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.
