Sign-ups have started for the annual multi-phasic blood screening orchestrated by the Punxsutawney Rotary Club and Punxsutawney Area Hospital (PAH). Pictured here (from left) are PAH histology technologist Cheryl Lowmaster, Punxsutawney Rotary Club President Jim Cassidy and PAH phlebotomist-SEC Shelly Bishop. The community health screening will be held from 6 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, and again on Saturday, April 28, from 6 to 9:30 a.m. at the Punxsutawney Area Middle School cafeteria. Those interested can register now by visiting http://www.punxsyrotary.com, paying online by credit card and picking their own appointment time. This will allow for faster check-in at the events and avoid lines. Registration is due by April 14 for the first week and April 21 for the second.
