Regina Dawn Pearce, 45

Regina Dawn Pearce, 45, of Rural Valley, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2014, at her residence.

She was born on Nov. 19, 1968, to Hilton and Rose (Sciarrini) Hollenbaugh in Punxsutawney.

Regina worked as a LPN for Nurse Finders and American Staffing.

She enjoyed reading, gardening, crocheting, “NCIS,” “Game of Thrones” and watching “Cops,” but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Regina is survived by her husband, Barry, whom she married Aug. 2, 2002; her mother, Rose Hollenbaugh of Punxsutawney; two sons, Jason Gulas of Rural Valley and Dylan Gulas, U.S. Army of Maryland; daughter Emily Pearce of Rural Valley; step-daughter Janelle Toy of Adrian, Pa; three step-sons, Curtis Pearce of Dayton, Pa., Barry Pearce Jr. of Ford City and Ryan Pearce of Ford City; step-grandsons Hunter and Gavin Toy; four sisters, Rebecca Mungen of Punxsutawney, Robin Bish of Punxsutawney, and Rhonda Brooks and Rochelle Hartle of Clintonville; numerous nieces and nephews; her dog, Drake, and her cat, Magnum.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2014, and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc, 724 W. Main St., Rural Valley, PA.

Funeral services will be held on at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Thomas L. McLaughlin officiating.

Regina will be greatly missed by all.
