Punxsy man arrested, charged with theft in FEMCO incident

YOUNG TOWNSHIP — Punxsutawney-based Pennsylvania State Police have arrested a Punxsutawney man on theft charges following an incident that occurred at FEMCO Machine Co. between Aug. 7, 2013, and April 10.
