Punxsy high school’s new fitness center & weight room dedicated at ceremony

On Tuesday evening, the Punxsutawney Area High School held the dedication ceremony for the new fitness center and weight room facility.

Members of the Punxsutawney Athletic Foundation (PAF) and the Cook family were on hand as key contributors to the project, and students from Jeff Tech who helped draft the model for the facility were also in attendance.

Tuesday morning, former Pittsburgh Steeler Robin Cole and Tom Webster of Webster’s Fitness gave a tutorial on the new equipment to the coaches of the various Punxsy athletics teams.
