Prepping for Phil Phest 2012

Members of the Groundhog Club’s Inner Circle, including President Bill Deeley (left) and Jason “Big Chill” Grusky — seen doing some chain saw cleanup — were hard at work Tuesday evening preparing for this weekend’s Phil Phest. The event will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, and along with the regular activities of hanging out, watching college football and enjoying the company of others, this year’s attendees can expect some extra fun with a pair of bands — Pure Cane Sugar and Lucky You — set to perform. And of course, the ceremony where Punxsy Phil drinks his elixir of life will take place, scheduled to happen between the two bands’ performances.
