Halloween festivities will be held in Punxsutawney Borough on Thursday, beginning with the traditional firefighters’ parade at 6 p.m. and trick-or-treating to follow until 9 p.m.

Once again this year, Kengersky’s Nationwide Insurance has purchased and donated glow stick necklaces for the little ghosts and goblins to wear throughout the evening.

Pictured are Matt Kengersky (left) of Kengersky’s Nationwide Insurance, holding the glow stick necklaces, and Tom Fedigan, Punxsutawney Borough Police chief.
