PUNXSUTAWNEY — Punxsutawney-based Pennsylvania State Police are seeking the public's help in locating a man facing drug charges.

PSP-Punxsutawney said between Jan. 6 and Feb. 3, the Troop C Vice Unit made multiple purchases of heroin from Timothy R. Shepler, 28, DeLancey.
Feb. 4, troopers executed a search warrant at a Liberty Street residence, where two of the purchases were conducted.

Police said they seized numerous items of drugs and drug paraphernalia from the residence, but Shepler was not there.

District Judge Douglas Chambers issued warrants for delivery of heroin and possession of heroin to PSP-Punxsy.

Anyone with information on Shepler's whereabouts should contact PSP-Punxsy at 938-0510.
