Peggy Sue (Rodgers) Bailey, 54

Peggy Sue (Rodgers) Bailey, 54, of Clearfield, went home to be with Jesus on Monday, Dec. 17, 2012.

She was born on Nov. 7, 1958, the daughter of William S. and Judith Rodgers.

On Sept. 9, 1983, she married Joseph Bailey, who survives.

Peggy donated much time to several charitable causes and to the church over the years.

In addition to her husband and parents, Peggy is survived by two sons, Jason Douthit and Daniel Bailey, and a daughter, Lyndi Bailey, all of Clearfield; three grandchildren, Rodger Bailey, Landen Clark and Lily Bailey; and a sister, Cindy Mauk and husband Charles K. Mauk of Punxsutawney. She had a special aunt, Joyce Berry, of Clearfield, and two very good friends, Kelly and Pam.

There will be a memorial service at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Clearfield at 11. a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, with Pastor Larry Hill officiating.
