BIG RUN — It seemed as if it was the same as it always was, but somehow it was different, as Big Run's "Frogman," the late John London, was honored at Sunday's Big Run Peepers’ Banquet.

"Tonight, we will not be honoring a man or a woman Citizen of the Year, but, instead, we will be honoring John H. London, commonly known as the 'Frogman,'" said Joe Buterbaugh, Big Run mayor.
