Patricia Ann “Trish” Kruckow, 60

Patricia Ann “Trish” Kruckow, age 60, of East Liberty Street in Punxsutawney, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, at her home.

Born on Aug. 19, 1953, in Elmira, NY, she was the daughter of Joseph L. and Ruth N. (Richards) Kruckow. They both survive and live in DuBois.

She worked for many years with the disabled at various group homes in the area.

She enjoyed bowling, yard sales and working outdoors. She loved Groundhog Day and all things related to Punxsy Phil. She also enjoyed coming to DuBois and spending the weekend with her parents.

She is survived by her siblings, Mary Butters and husband Robert of Virginia Beach, Va., Joann Frederick and husband William of DuBois, Joseph Kruckow and wife JoAnn of Hampton, Va., and Nancy Lorance and husband Jimmy of Coppers Cove, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013,from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Goble Baronick Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, at 1 p.m. from the funeral home with Msgr. Richard Siefer officiating.

Interment will be in Morningside Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to the charity of the donor’s choice.
