PAHS Title I Game Night a hit once again

Staff Writer

The Punxsutawney Area School District once again held its Elementary Game Night, a night for families to join together and play games. Game Night is hosted through the Title I program as a way for parents to play games with their children while promoting learning and preparation for school. By the end of the evening, all of the kids had a game to take home and continue with their own family game nights. Pictured are Longview students Brady and Cassidy Keener, who picked FrankenWords and Copy Cats to take home. A total of 69 families attended Game Night, with 26 volunteers from the district on-hand, including Mr. Bishop and members of the National Honor Society and the AmeriCorps staff.
