PAHGS commends Grace Place, Graystone; Spence speaks on historic preservation

At its annual Fall Dinner on Saturday, the Punxsutawney Area Historical & Genealogical Society honored two organizations with Certificates of Commendation.

Timothy Spence, who was also the speaker for the night, receiving the award on behalf of Grace Place through the Jefferson Area Lutheran Social Ministry; Elmer Reed, PAHGS Board of Trustees chairman; and Jeff Long, receiving the certificate on behalf of Jeff S. Long Construction.
