PAHGS Christmas exhibits on display

December 19, 2013

PUNXSUTAWNEY — It is the season of giving and of helping others. As we look back on the history of our town, we are reminded not only of those who helped our community, but also of those who fought for our country.

This holiday season, the Punxsutawney Area Historical & Genealogical Society is providing an exhibit that showcases both military service and public service.

The exhibit will run until after Groundhog Day 2014.

Hours of operation are Thursday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Friday and Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.

For the full story and details on the exhibit, see Friday's edition of The Spirit.
