PUNXSUTAWNEY — For those seeking a bit of additional exciting entertainment this Groundhog Day weekend, look no further.

The 15th Annual Magic Mike's Groundhog "Club Comedy Nights Extravaganza" will be held at the Rooftop of the Pantall Hotel.

The event will take place on Feb. 1 and 2, with four different shows being held.

Friday night will feature two shows — one starting at 6 p.m. and the other at 8 p.m.

On Saturday night, two other shows will be held, with one at 6 p.m. and
the other at 8 p.m.

The following comedic performers will be performing: comedian/impersonator Bill Murray; comedian/impersonator Rodney Dangerfield; special guest Auggie Cook, who has performed on ABC T.V.'s “America's Funniest People;” and hosting the event will be comedy magician "Michaelangelo," also known as Mike Gigliotti.

During the evening shows, the impersonators will perform what Michaelangelo called a "hilarious ‘Caddyshack’ routine."

And during the day, the performers will mingle with visitors in the Pantall Hotel lobby. Each show is an hour-and-a-half long and will feature not only some great acts, but also a chance to win some prizes, which include everything from cash to groundhog souvenirs.

Food and drinks will be available, with a few special appetizers, like the Groundhog Wings and 6-More-Weeks pizza to look forward to.

Music and dancing will follow each 8 p.m. show, with the Tim Ball Band performing Friday night and Interactive DJ Party Dance performing Saturday night.

Also in the works is a possible guest appearance by "Folk 'n' Thieves" with special guest John Killeen.

These shows will be held at the Pantall Hotel Rooftop's Grand Ballroom, located at 135 East Mahoning St.

Part of the proceeds from this event will go to the Groundhog Little League.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.

To order tickets, call any of the following numbers: (800) 933-2346, (814) 938-2346 or (814) 938-6600.
